Most people think of AI as chatbots. In my experience, the AI applications that really move the needle run on clean internal data, well-designed systems, and the right infrastructure. AI is step ten. Most organizations are on step three.
I built Mapping Insight to close that gap. There are consultants who advise but don't build, and engineers who build but don't advise. Organizations end up with half a solution, with strategy that never ships and plans that never become working systems.
I've spent more than a decade building operational systems, analytics infrastructure, and technology implementations across businesses, nonprofits, research, and government. I know what it looks like when the tech is built right... and when it isn't.
The right advisor makes the difference between technology that actually gets implemented, and another strategy report that gets filed away. That's the work I do now.
